Teds book, 'TED, WHITE, AND BLUE'.......a GREAT read, couldn't put it down! Ya just can't argue with common-sense, facts & logic! Strange though, 'bunch' of pictures in the book......not one of his dad. With two high-strung individuals in the same house it wouldn't surprise me if there was just a 'tinge' of friction between the two, nome sain? AND, in the section 'If I were President'....he says to legalize hemp (page 38). Well, I know they make twine/rope from hemp and I think the DRUGGIES use it somehow. Doesn't make any sense to me with his clear cut view on drugs. Ted, explain please.

One of these days I'm going to ride by the house that he grew up in (close), maybe put a picture here.
Well, Michigan is hovering around 15% unemployed and Ted's house (that he grew up in) is one of the victims. His old house is vacant/available and is in the 'multi listing'. Sale price $4,900.00, yep, under 5 grand for his old digs. You do realize that Ted is a huge gun advocate, you'll need one if you plan on living here now, 23251 Florence, Detroit, MI., 48228. I grew up just a short distance away. He was probably one of those standing on the sidelines watching the 'older' guys race up-and-down Telegraph Road. We (West-siders) practiced there (and other places) during the week so we were ready for the East-siders on the weekend. AND just about the whole USA knows about WOODWARD, that's where East/West met, weekend cruising (and sometimes more)....been there done that! The LATE 50's, 60's & early 70's were fun, that's how the 'Woodward Dream Cruise' started, Rock & Roll Music, drive-in restaurants and fast cars.

Ted's latest:

Ted Nugent, rock star and avid bow hunter from Michigan, was being interviewed by a liberal journalist and animal rights activist. The discussion came around to deer hunting.

The journalist asked, 'What do you think is the last thought in the head of a deer before you shoot him? Is it, “'Are you my friend?” or is it, “Are you the one who killed my brother?”

Nugent replied, “Deer aren't capable of that kind of thinking. All they care about is what I am going to eat next, who am I going to screw next, and can I run fast enough to get away.”

“They are very much like the Democrats in Congress.”

The interview ended.

Sounds to me like Ted's got a good handle on things.

The Second Amendment and what it's all about.

Text of Amendment:
A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

Origins:
Having been oppressed by a professional army, the founding fathers of the United States had no use for establishing one of their own. Instead, they decided that an armed citizenry makes the best army of all. General George Washington created regulation for the aforementioned "well-regulated militia," which would consist of every able-bodied man in the country.

Which I interpret as....'Every able bodied, non felon, man (person) can carry a gun!......Wrong???? AND, what's the deal with the militia. In the news lately a militia was labeled, by the media, as some terrible thing yet the leader said no more than what the Second Amendment says. They displayed his LEGAL guns like he was some kind of murderer or something.

Any person that target shoots, has a CCW, small/big game hunts, is a 'plinker', shoots skeet/trap or just abides by his Second Amentment rights will have from 10-20 guns..... and that means thousands of rounds of ammunition....SO WHAT'S THE BIG DEAL????

Edit:
Well, now the news (if you can believe the news) is saying that the militia (Hutaree) threatened the police and the military. Hey guys, George Washington wanted a militia but not your kind. The police and the military are our friends! It's the idiots in Washington that need to get thrown out on their butts.
